SMITH; TAMIAMI MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TAMIAMI VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
