Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 14th day of June 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 53 AND 54, BLOCK 719, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 THROUGH 173, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
