NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 23 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-51470, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and LEE SKJONG AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 8, 2007 KNOWN AS TRUST # 9632 ROUNDSTONE TRUST, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YING GONG COOKE, DAVID LEE COOKE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID LEE COOKE, YING GONG COOKE, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, block b, timberwalk at three oaks, according to the plat thereof in plat book 81, page 65through 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
