FANUELE; PAULA J. FANUELE; WINDING STREAM RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; SPRING RUN GOLF CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 20 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 2308, BUILDING 23, PHASE 3, WINDING STREAM SECTIN I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3448, PAGE 2391; AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3465, PAGE 2449; AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3481, APGE 3437, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3499, PAGE 4874, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
