Final Judgement was awarded on April 30, 2010 in Civil Case No.:36-2009-CA-050425, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for sound view home loan trust 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and RAUL DIAZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 25 day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lots 30 and 31, block 823, unit 25, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 14, pages 90 to 100, inclusive, in the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
