Final Judgement was awarded on August 07, 2009 in Civil Case No.:36-2009-CA-051513, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, hsbc bank usa, national association, as trustee for home equity loan trust series ace 2005-he7 is the Plaintiff and frank riccelli; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
