NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed May 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2010CA057275, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bank of america, n.a., successor by merger to bac home loans servicing, lp FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and ADRIAN HART; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIAN HART; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 25 day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 1836 JOVITA AVE, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33972.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
