NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 25 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-016718, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and EMMA LABOY, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMMA LABOY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 1 and 2, block 638, unit 21, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 13, at pages 149 through 173, of the public records of lee county, florida.
