YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for the purpose of foreclosing any interest that you have in real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is located in LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, to wit;
BUILDING 2002, UNIT C, OF FOXMOOR VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1535, PAGE 751 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Also known as: 5751 Foxlake Drive C, North Fort Myers, FL 33917.
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Kent D. McPhail, Esq., DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., 126 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36602 30 days after the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately hereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
