NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 30, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-004046 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 29 day of June, 2012, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 816, No. 8 in Venetian Palms, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof filed on January 19, 2006, recorded under Instrument No. 2006000027321, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
