NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 30, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-004043 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 29 day of June, 2012, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 202, Building 2, OF Venetian Palms, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium AS RECORDED IN CLERKS INSTRUMENT #2006000027321, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
