NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 31 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-024718, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and michael r. gianetti, iii a/k/a michael r. gianetti, kelly greens single family condominium iii association, inc., suntrust bank c/o president, vp or any other officer authorized to accept service, a registered agent, kelly greens master association, inc., kathleen a. brewer, jane doe and JOHN DO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 20, TRACK D, OF KELLY GREENS SINGLE FAMILY CONDOMINIUM, III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2091, PAGE 4099, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
