NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 31 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059315, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein u.s. bank, national ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and PAMILA F SPRATLIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMILA F. SPRATLIN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
