GARCIA, ROLANDO GARCIA, JOSEFINA GARCIA, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 100 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK 55, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS HEITMAN'S BONITA SPRINGS TOWNSITE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK6, PAGE 24; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF WISCONSIN STREET DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL WITH ALABAMA STREET A DISTANCE OF 145 FEET; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL WITH WISCONSIN STREET 100 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH ALABAMA STREET A DISTANCE OF 145 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
