NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 31 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-055231, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH W JOHNSICK, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, TONITA L JOHNSICK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 36 AND 37 BLOCK 1559 UNIT 18 PART 1 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22 PAGES 132 THROUGH 134 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
