Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of the Court will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lots 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36, ANCLOTE RIVER CROSSINGS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 132, Pages 7 through 12 in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with existing, amended or future easements created by that certain Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 14237, Page 345; together with Amendments recorded in O.R. Book 14405, Page 1751, and O.R. Book 15520, Page 1905, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Property”);
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 3, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. via internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. Final payment must be made at or before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the sale. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
