CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 101, BUILDING NO. 705, OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 11 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 92 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4829, PAGE(S) 464 THROUGH 543, INCLUSIVE AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4846, PAGE(S) 395, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
