NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of May , 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-4359-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SUN KETCH I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MATHIAS BERGENDAHL; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
