NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08006179CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF SAMI II 2006-AR3, Plaintiff, and, CHESTER MERCER DEBRA J. MERCER A/K/A DEBRA MERCER, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28TH day of June 2012, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 215 OF HARBOR CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14638 AT PAGE 532 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
