NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-1660-CO-42 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Vantage Point Condominium Owners' Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Joseph Gene Curella is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 25, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Condominium Unit 911, VANTAGE POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 15234, Page 601, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
