NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-00514-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Villas at Countryside Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Lois J. Reed and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 25, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 6, Building 14, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of THE VILLAS OF COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, as recorded in O.R. Book 5031, Page 1311 and any amendments thereto, and filed in Condominium Plat Book 42, Pages 41 through 46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
