NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-17848-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-HE4, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is Plaintiff and Marolyn D. Coleman, and Kindra Coleman are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block L, Fairmount Park, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 31, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 4000 Emerson Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
