NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in favor of Plaintiff SunTrust Bank in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida on July 26, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
LOT 6, OAK ACRES UNIT #4, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, AND RUN THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE LINE WHICH IS AN EXTENSION OF THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 18 FEET, THENCE RUN IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 6 TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH A SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE RUN NORTHERLY ALONG SAID LINE TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE RUN IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
