NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-001703 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Chase Home Finance LLC, is the Plaintiff and Daniel M. Morgenstein, Seminole Country Green Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 29th day of June 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 102H, OF SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4848, PAGE 1456 THROUGH 1532, AMENDED IN O.R. 5110, PAGE 297, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 14 THROUGH 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
