NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-11962CICI 15, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and FRANKLIN ALEXANDER MEDINA BUCOBO A/K/A FRANKLIN A. MEDINA; MARINELY MEDINA; STRATHMORE GATE-EAST AT LAKE ST. GEORGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ARRY'S ROOFING SERVICES, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, STRATHMORE GATE-EAST-UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
