LARRY HAVEMAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARRY HAVEMAN N/K/A KIM HAVEMAN; SOUTH BEACH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A REGIS MARTIN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A HANNAH MARTIN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on June 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 405, OF SOUTH BEACH CONDO HOTEL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 134, PAGES 20-24, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13916, PAGE 601 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
