Britts a/k/a Amy Katherine Britts a/k/a Amy Katherine Nichols, Pinebrook Towne House Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
