NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of May, 2012, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE 10-009447-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
The Easterly 70.40 feet of Lot 3, and the Westerly 4.60 feet of Lot 2, Block 2 of ORANGE BLOSSOM RIDGE SUBDIVISION according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
