That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 2, as shown on Condominium plat of Mariners Pass I, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 32 through 34, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed November 19, 1973 in Official Records Book 4104, Pages 1138 through 1162 as amended in Official Records Book 4107, Page 1654 in Official Records Book 4110, Page 196, in Official Records Book 4120, Page 1422, in Official Records Book 4261, Page 40, in Official Records Book 431, Page 816, in Official Records Book 4717, Page 480 and In Official Records Book 5414, Page 423, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto, and made a part thereof and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. the street address of which is: 6397 Cape Hatteras Way NE #2 St. Petersburg, FL, 33702.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQ. Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: BECKER & POLIAKOFF, P.A. Park Place 311 Park Place Boulevard Suite 250 Clearwater, FL 33759 on or before July 9, 2012, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
