NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-004458, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and DAVID A. FERNANDEZ; LOURDES MARIA LEAL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 68 OF HARBOR CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14638 AT PAGE 532 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH DECLARATION.
A/K/A
UNIT NO. 68, BUILDING “E”, OF HARBOR CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14638 AT PAGE 532 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
