NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2011-CA-005145 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and BRIAN THOMAS WICKENS, SHORE HOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 401, SHORE HOUSE A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5459, PAGE 630, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 9, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
