NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2010 entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 007220 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OC11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OC11 is the Plaintiff and Paula A. Orjuela; Unknown Spouse of Paula A. Orjuela; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Resource Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on June 19, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF THE SE ¼ OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 531.37 FEET TO A POINT 135 FEET NORTH OF THE SW CORNER OF SAID SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE ¼; THENCE EAST 60 FEET; THENCE NORTH 40 FEET; THENCE EAST 73 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 50 FEET; THENCE EAST 77.53 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET TO A POINT 25 FEET NORTH OR THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 29TH STREET EAST 25 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY 641.41 FEET; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 239.28 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING.
