NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003491, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JAMES SWANSON A/K/A JAMES D. SWANSON; YANETH SWANSON A/K/A YANET SWANSON A/K/A VANET SWANSON; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE SOUTH 265.38 FEET, THENCE EAST 200 FEET, THENCE NORTH 265.39 FEET, THENCE WEST 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET AND THE SOUTH 95.38 FEET, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
