A/K/A RICHARD E. CHEAVES, SR.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD CHEAVES, SR. A/K/A RICHARD E. CHEAVES, SR. N/K/A MATTIE CHEAVES; MELANIE R. MYERS; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 21st day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
