BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and CARSWELL B. MORGAN A/K/A C.B. MORGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARSWELL B. MORGAN A/K/A C.B. MORGAN N/K/A ROSETTA K. MORGAN; SUNTRUST BANK, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
