ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005 59 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005 59 is Plaintiff and LPS TRUSTEE & MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD, AS TRUSTEE UNDER FAMILY TRUST NO. 1930 DATED DECEMBER 11TH, 2007; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. MIN NO. 1001337 0000885721 4; THE PALMS OF CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B.
