NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008131 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and , EUSEBIO GONZALEZ A/K/A EUSEBIO GONZALEZ- URBINA; and STEFANI GONZALEZ A/K/A STEFANI A. GONZALEZ; and FOSTER'S CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; and AMSOUTH BANK; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANTN/K/A MIKE GONZALEZ are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, FOSTERS CREEK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 106 THROUGH 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
