NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 005591 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WCW1 is the Plaintiff and , JUNE PHAN; and XAN PHAN; and GEOFF ALLISON are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, SUNNY LAKES ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 73 THRU 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
