NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 29th day of May, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein Gates Creek Developers, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, Elizabeth Thomason, Timothy P. Lehman, Douglas B. Smith, Peridia Office Park Association, Gap Creek Office Condominium Assoc., Inc., Five Points Technology Group f/k/a Tenant #1, Look Who's Kickin f/k/a Tenant #3, Carbno TBE f/k/a Tenant #9 and Aerotek f/k/a Tenant #11 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of July, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:
UNIT 104, BUILDING 5245 AND UNITS 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, AND 114, BUILDING 5255 OF GAP CREEK OFFICE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2173, PAGE 1438, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ALL LEASES, RENTS, ISSUES AND PROFITS ARISING FROM THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY AND ALL FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT NOW OWNED OR HEREAFTER ACQUIRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABOVE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
(herein the “Premises”); together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
