You are hereby notified that a Notice of Trust has been indexed by the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P O Box 25400, Bradenton, FL 34206, regarding Irene N. Bystrom, who died on February 1, 2012, and who was the grantor of a trust entitled The Irene N. Bystrom Revocable Trust dated January 24, 1989;
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent must notify the trustee and/or his attorney of their claims WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
