JOHNSON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 261, AND A STRIP 26 FEET EAST AND WEST BY 160 FEET NORTH AND SOUTH OFF OF THE EAST SIDE LOT 5 BOOK C, OF BROBERG'S PLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF APPEARING OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK NO. 1, PAGE 134, AS BOTH PLATS ARE DISCLOSED BY THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
