NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005429 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Brenda L. Canning; Mara Holsinger; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a John Eblsito, et al are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28 day of August 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 45, BLOCK D, GOLFVIEW PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
