NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-001474, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL MCCLUSKY; KATIE MCCLUSKY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
LOT 3, BLOCK 78, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION TO WHITFIELD SECTION B, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
