NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008CA011305 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006RS3, is Plaintiff, and REUVEN YAIR A/K/A REUVEN B. YAIR A/K/A REUVEN BEN YAIR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, UNIT F, GREYHAWK LANDING, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 162, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
