Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 23, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 203, Bayshore Village Condominium I, Phase VII, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 983, Page 3506, Et Seq., as amended, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 171, Et. Seq., of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , Manatee County, Florida, on June 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
