Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 105, A/K/A UNIT 5, BUILDING 18, PHASE 1, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , Manatee County, Florida, on June 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
