NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, and entered in 2008-CA-012370 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and JOSE ALONSO GUERRERO A/K/A JOSE A. GUERRERO; ANNA M. LEON A/K/A ANNA LEON; ANNA MARIE LEON A/K/A MARY ANN GUERRERO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NO. 72, LESS EXISTING LIMITED ACCESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR U.S. 301, PINECREST, RR. ROADMAN ADDITION TO MANATEE, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
