NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated MAY 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-006419, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and RAUL E. SALAZAR; ANA L. HUERTA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SABAL HARBOUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 3RD day of JULY, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 351, SABAL HARBOUR, PHASE VIII, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 197 THROUGH 202, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
