NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000928, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR21, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR21 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and FREDERICK G. LASSETER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK G. LASSETER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; MARKET STREET MORTGAGE CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK D, BRADEN PINES SUBDIVISION, UNIT II, AS PER THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 111 THROUGH 115, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
