NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-309, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC,, is Plaintiff, and JAMES P. SPIEZIO; SUSAN T. SPIEZIO; TWIN RIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 28th day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3048, TWIN RIVERS, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 130 THROUGH 160 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
